Roving Syndicate

New for the 2024/5 season we are launching our roving syndicate designed for clients who wish to shoot a range of estates with like minded people who have neither the time or need to form a full team themselves. Our syndicate members have access to various dates throughout the season for grouse, partridge, and pheasant shooting at desirable locations all over the UK, so there will be opportunities for everyone. The syndicate accommodates both individual guns and small groups of friends, providing three or four spaces.

Not only will Gittings Sporting arrange your day in the field but will also deal with all aspects of your trip, from the booking of suitable accommodation to the supply of drivers, loaders, cartridges etc, in fact everything you need for your day in the field.

Our syndicate supports a relaxed atmosphere, friendliness, and excellent shooting opportunities. Syndicate members develop strong friendships over the years, and our roving days are perfect for busy individuals who struggle to organise a full team of guns.

The syndicate also serves as a social institution, welcoming newcomers to the shooting world and facilitating lasting friendships. It is popular not only with individuals but also with small groups, and it offers shoots throughout the UK and abroad.

Offering a variety of activities such as walked up and driven days featuring 50 to 200 birds. We have cultivated strong relationships with shoot owners and Keepers, and have received rare invitations to several Private Estates.

Individuals interested in starting game shooting, regardless of age, are warmly welcomed on our days. Recognising that game shooting can be challenging to break into, our members readily offer guidance and instruction in the field.

The Gittings syndicate places significant importance on the social aspect, aiming to foster a strong sense of camaraderie. Whenever possible, we gather for breakfast at the beginning of the day, and everyone contributes to a communal Elevenses, except on the driven days where hospitality is provided.

At the end of the day, we welcome those who can stay to share a meal, or at the very least, have a drink at the local pub to reflect on the day's highlights and low points.

For those interested in learning more about The Gittings Syndicate, simply complete the form on the contact page, and we will be in touch with you.
